Ezgi Akgürgen (Cyprus)

Ezgi Akgürgen is a 35-year-old singer-songwriter from Nicosia, Cyprus. She has performed as a singer and recorded vocals on albums by Cypriot artists Cahit Kutrafalı, İnal Bilsel and Hüseyin Kırmızı. She is currently one of the lead singers and songwriters in the bicommunal group Island Seeds who released their first EP in 2023 and have been touring the island ever since. She has also worked as a backing-vocalist for prominent artists such as Fikri Karayel (Cy) and Ezgi Alaş (Tr).
