Sophie Broyer (France)

With a background in popular education and socio-cultural animation training, Sophie has been a consultant, trainer and animator since 2014. She devoted some twenty years of her professional life to the management and music booking of musical venues (from 500 seats to 4,000), as well as to the dynamic development of networks such as GRAL (network of music venues) and Grand Bureau (regional music industry network).

Subsequently, she carried out assignments with various organizations, professional networks, the Opéra national de Lyon, the Halle Tony Garnier, SMAC, Cluster ESS Culture, and so on. At the same time, she was the artistic advisor for 5 years for Les Inouïes du Printemps de Bourges and she is currently a member of the selection committee for the Prix Chorus (Ile de France festival) for emerging music bands.

Finally, she is a trainer and consultant in the cultural sector on issues of management, work organization, business models, governance and the prevention of psychosocial risks.
